Hi Dan, many thanks for the reply. That’s great. I am having a slight issue on playback. When someone is walking the video freezes for a second or so, like they are in slow motion / stuttering . Any ideas what that could be ?

One issue I have, is that I have downloaded a new firmware version. But when browsing for the download on the camera’s interface it wont find it ?

I have just changed my NVR from a DS - 7640NI-K1/4P to a DS-7608NI-I2/8p. On my old NVR, I was able to view 2 or 4 cameras on my tv monitor at the same time. But for some reason on the new one , all I can get is it switching. Is there a way to alter that? Thanks

I set the nvr up via sadp. But I want to have both my front and rear on my tv screen at the same time. All I can get is it switching. Is there a way to alter that? Thanks

Hi, I currently have a Hikvision DS-7604NI-K1, that I will be replacing tomorrow with a HIKVISION DS-7608NI-I2/8P 4K 12MP POE NVR 8 CHANNELS 8 POE PORTS. My old NVR has a Seagate 4TB Hard Drive. I want to fit that to my new NVR, how do I go about wiping it ? Thanks

Hi, I have had two Hikvision DS-2CD2386G2-IU AcuSense 8MP darkfighter cameras for a few months now. They have been fine up until now. When it’s dark and my security light is triggered , it would switch to colour . But it’s only staying black and white. Any ideas why this would be ? Thanks

Appreciate you taking time to reply. That was a pic I took before I changed it to 100 ( should not have posted that one). Regarding the other settings , sharpness , exposure etc in the other pictures, are they in an area that would be acceptable? Totally understand if you don’t want to take...
