Feel like a bit of a prat now. So was just going through every setting . Went into storage / schedule settings / advanced and the steam type was set to sub stream. Turned it to main and all is good. Can I just say, thanks for taking the time out to try and help me. Thanks

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes what ever time or day I check the playback it’s like it’s being recorded in substream quality . I am a complete novice , what resolution/ bitrate settings would you recommend? I tried rebooting the camera, and it now won’t let me save video and audio ? Any ideas...
