Hi @alexf40 The issue might be that you are trying to skip over too many firmware versions in one update. Try updating to V4.51.200 first, and let us know if that update works.

Hi @johnfitzy I'm not aware of any PT Turret models from Hikvision. They have recently been promoting new PTRZ models, which support motorised pan, tilt, zoom, and rotation for remote adjustment/repostioning during installation.
