@Yorkie, as you say seems strange. Did you set your DNS to 168.126.63.1 / 2; or is there a typo? I think DNS is only interested in resolving the top level domain eg website.com to eg 123.456.789.012 and you used the IP address to access the device. Enabling PPPoE may also have confused things...

Are all the camera firmware versions the same? For the camera that is not working is ONVIF enabled? Should be found under network settings. Another option to connect is RTSP using port 554 (check this), check the camera has RTSP enabled. David

If the camera is connected to the same LAN as the NVR you should be able to add the camera to the NVR using the ONVIF or RTSP (usually port 554) protocols. You will need to know the IP address of the camera. David
