Hi @alexf40 ... Do you have a monitor and mouse connected to the NVR? If so, copy the digicap.dav firmware file to a USB memory stick, insert it in the NVR, and try loading directly from the NVR console GUI menus.

Howdy @Wardl895 ... Looks like the first one is DS-2CD2443G2-I and the one you are looking at buying is DS-2CD2443G2-IW... probably very similar, main difference is the "-IW" model has Wi-Fi... the first one also has a PIR sensor that second one may not?
