What version is it? If you are using that "check for latest firmware" button I don't think it has ever worked!

I don't think so because you can see the camera using the web browser. What firmware is the NVR running? Maybe it needs to be updated to a newer (or newest) version to support the newer camera? DS-7732NI-I4/16P(B) I WOULD WAIT FOR MORE ADVICE FROM @JB1970 BEFORE UPGRADING THIS OLDER...

Howdy Steve... Try clicking on the "Status" and "Edit" icons for clues... post screenshots if you don't see anything obvious (also try clicking on the "Edit" icon for a working camera and see if there are differences?):

Just loaded it...all good so far :) From the release notes: I was hoping this would be added at some point... tested it and it works well, just as described in release notes... odd thing is I read the release notes before I loaded the new firmware and tested this functionality before loading...

I never mentioned this... on the prior version the console live view split would switch from 3x3 to 1 single camera by itself after a few hours... I had to manually change back to 3x3 each time... with this new version, this is no longer happening. :)

Just installed on my DS-7616NI-M2/16P.... everything working as before install... I don't see any changes yet...

All of the cameras are set to H264, 22 FPS, I-frames 22, 16384 Kbps, constant. I just tested... the only camera I can scrub with is the older 3MP DS-2DE4A320IW-DE PTZ: I used to dual record both main and sub-streams... when I did, I could scrub all cameras using the sub-stream... even 9...
