There's newer firmware available for your NVR and cameras which could well resolve the issue, especially as the firmware that your cameras are running predates the NVR and V5 firmware it uses:

In theory, it should be OK. We often see the same firmware files on the EU portal and the global product pages.

You can connect it to the NVR to record as you would a normal camera via its IP address.
