Hello JB I have had a 2387 C for a couple of weeks but only set it up for some temporary internal use so not compared it to my other G2 4mp colourvu as yet so was wondering how you got on with the C cams you purchased.

Same here k series nvr 6 cameras added 7th camera and bell icons appear on all notifications. Was like that for a week then without making any changes to camera, nvr or iap icons back to normal. A Toyah Willcox moment if you know what I mean.

Reading this has confirm to me yet again why I am not going to upgrade from version 3 software.

Thanks a lot JB It's the audible NVR alarm so you're tech fix would be the solution. Might give it a go.

I've not checked it out yet but it might be that if you search for motion under the events option then they will just be there listed and will play.

I would max out the frames per second and then adjust the bitrate accordingly. Increasing frames per second helps image quality during video playback especially at night when light levels are lower.

Well. I am flabbergasted and relieved. Thought I would add the NVR manually to the app. Put in the SN and bingo, got live feeds. At first was a bit dubious that it was just pulling the stream over my internal Network so turned WIFI off on my phone and amazingly I still got live feeds...

Have also downgraded Firmware to the previous version. Router has allocated correct ports via UPnP Still showing offline. All very strange. Good job I don't go out much.
