Hi, Quite new to all this so bare with me.. I have managed to open ports and now can see my Hik 'Domain' remotely.. But when I try to view footage I keep getting an error.. 'Live view failed'.. Its the same with playback! Yet on a mobile all is well and viewing from my side of the network...
