Yes, six DS-2CD2387G2-LU and one DS-2CD2087G2-LU all running V5.7.19 build 241207. I hope I'm not confused/misleading you guys... Confirm for me under what circumstances should I see the timeline markers... it's been so long since I did see them... I still (do now) see them for human/vehicle...

Or the seller was nice enough to set the cameras to inactive before he removed the NVR. That's probably too optimistic. :( I never tried, but if you plug an activated (random password already set) camera into the NVR, the "Show Password" function wouldn't work I suppose? :(

I did need to program from scratch... not so bad once, but that could get tired real fast! Was very careful about removing the NVR from my Hik-Connect account before I did the upgrade/downgrade. I don't think that is the V5.04.050 build we were waiting for... it really just seemed to add that...

You figured wrong! My OCD got the best of me... That ARC is the only difference I could find... although I didn't look too closely... mouse scroll direction on playback still reversed and still no timeline markers on playback far as I could tell... no harm done:

It's tempting... trying to wait for someone with worse OCD than me to jump first!

I agree Maybe? If you did try that, it's really not that hard to configure the settings again... you could do "restore to default" rather than restore to factory so you don't have to recreate user/password and basic network info which we know are working at this point. But I don't think it will...

So strange, I don't seem to have settings for a notification schedule on mine... I thought I have seen that, but I must have been confusing it with the EZ-Viz app I also use. Maybe our settings are different because we have different M-Series NVR's?

I have Hik-Connect for iPhone Version 6.7.350.20241224.1 ... are we using the same version?

Are you trying to set a schedule, or just turn notifications on/off manually?

I think I see... don't go to Home/NVR Settings "the three dots"/Notification... instead go to Notifications/"the three dots in the upper right corner"/Settings and you will see "Device Notifications" on/off box. If that's not clear let me know...
