Hi, I have fitted a converter box made by hikvision which converts the hd coaxial signal into hdmi, the problem is that it's outputting 60hz FPS, which is no good as the device (Blackmagic intensify shuttle) does not accept 1080p at 60fps, only 1080p 30fps. Does anyone know of a solution to...
