Hi, I have an DS-2CD2786G2-IZS camera and when I view remote playback in Windows 10 either in HiLookVision or iVMS-4200 3.8.0.4 and then attempt to download some of the video it always throws a "no more user allowed" error. The only way to get around this is to exit HiLookVision or iVMS 4200...
