Event messages have stopped showing up in the Hik-Connect app underneath the camera images for one of the NVRs I have connected to my Hik-Connect account. The events show up fine in playback both on Hik-Connect and the NVR but it's just the "Event Messages" section. Anybody else had this happen?

Can anyone tell me what the red and blue box with arrow icons in the attached Hik-Connect screenshot mean please?
