I don't really like the scroll preview but when you change to grid it doesn't save your preference so is scroll again when re-opening the app. Does anyone know if there's a hidden save button?

Hi all, I'm trying to download video from my DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P but constantly get errors. I have tried both the Capture button (get 'Capture failed') and using the Download > Search (get 'download failed'). NVR firmware is V4.30.061 build 210313. I am using IE mode in Edge on Windows 11...

I've just noticed, whilst trying to get a 30 second clip downloaded from last night, that when you try to get a video clip, it saves the wrong time frame. eg if i'm playing back and start clipping from 10:15, when I start the mp4 playback it starts at around 10:16. :( I watched this youtube...

I switched back to the play store version, I kept getting popups saying there was a new version but the link in it didn't go anywhere. I couldn't see any changes apart from UI anyway, and I prefer the old version!

I have a K model, it's very loud! I was wondering, is the I model loud too, has anyone compared the 2 in that area? I haven't got the patience to try something like below, i'll just upgrade to an I model if it's quieter...

The latest update has broken the app again! Will not play notification videos at all. I've installed the last version and all is working again. Do they not test their stuff????

Thanks, I can't seem to trigger intrusion detection at all, got it set to below now, I can walk around the grass and it doesn't alert me, line crossing works though.

I'm no expert, what looks wrong? I have line crossing enabled too so that probably covers it.

Is that your NVR screen, there's no camera dropdown and only a few detection tabs? My K looks like this from the NVR, doesn't seem to be clever enough to show correct options But if I go to the camera directly.....
