I recently updated the firmware on my G1 DS-2CD2025FWD-I from v5.5.83 to v5.6.0 build 190507. I'm trying to revert back to v5.5.83. I'm unable to do it via the webGUI (version mismatch error) or TFTP (completes transfer but never confirms update). Has anyone managed to downgrade successfully?

I updated a DS-2CD2025FWD-I camera from firmware 5.5.51 to 5.5.61. I'm logged in as admin. I no longer have an option to change the firmware back. See attachment. I've tried restore to default on the maintenance page and a hard reset using the button on the camera. No luck. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for some help on capturing an image from the playback on my HIKvision NVR. The manual has a camera icon on the playback menu but I don't have that icon. No problems exporting footage with clipping tool. I just can't save a still image. Help!
