Hi, I have searched the threads looking for an answer but can't find anything so far. Am I correct and saying that the M series NVR's will work with the Microsoft Edge browser straight out the box without using any plug in? I thought I had read this somewhere but can't find it now?

Hi, I have a DS-7616NI-K2 NVR with the cameras set for continuous recording. When I try and playback from a camera on my PC web browser I get the message 'No file found' however I can play back any of my cameras recordings on my iPhone using the Hik connect App. NVR firmware is 4.40.015 Any ideas?

Hi, I hope someone give me a clue on how to rectify the above? Just recently every time I try and log into my 6003 Wifi door bell I get the above message. I know the password is correct as I can log in via the SADP tool but I cant using the bell's IP address! I am using "admin" as user name.
