It would appear that I loaded firmware that was for a 16 camera system and now that I load the correct firmware, it only shows 16 cameras
Is there any way of recovering from this please - yep, I feel like a Muppet and it took me ages to find the right wrong software ;-)
What is the best camera to use for reading barcodes on boxes as pallets are being loaded onto a lorry?
The camera needs to be mounted roughly 1 metre away from the pallet as it passes by - ideally we want the camera to pick up the barcodes in motion rather than stop and let the camera read it...
Is there a way of seeing what each camera is using in terms of space ?
Just trying to get a balance between the cameras that have different resolutions without firing shots in the dark.

Just wondering what would be considered the right way to
- Optimise the use of disk space via video settings
- Manage the space that each camera uses.
Feels like there should be a setting that says "let this camera use x MB of space"
Using the web interface and not seeing any settings that...
Thanks for your suggestion. It is a possibility, but the NVR is in the server room on the ground floor and the Screen needs to be 2 floor which is a network switch away. That network switch makes it harder to run HDMI over Cat5.
