thanks for your reply, the NVR is a NVR-104-A-4P, the camera is a Gamut 1080p IP PTZ Bullet Camera and these are linked via the EnGenius ENS500 Wireless Panel 5GHz CPE. I haven't tried updating the firmware, but will have a look at that the next time i'm at the kit.

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, but I have searched and not come across this problem. On the NVR I have full 24 hours playback available, but on mobile devices using Hik-Connect (5 different devices) I only get specific sections of playback available. Its always 12am-1am everyday, but...
