I also get the same thing happening with the same NVR. Thinking back to maybe 6/12 months ago, it didn't do it then, so I'm guessing a firmware update to either the camera or the NVR has aggravated it.
I also upgraded the NVR to v4 recently, and I've also downgraded now because of the crashes...
Thanks for all the help with this. I have an old tablet that we don't use any more, so I think I'll resurrect it and have play with running a permanent feed from either Hik-Connect (local) or iVMS-4500.
After re-enabling my intrusion detection it started crashing again, so I've now downgraded back to V3.4.112. Let's hope Hikvision manage to sort this out!!
Since disabling my intrusion events it's been up without a crash for over a week now. I've re-enabled one camera's events today, so I'll see how it goes.
I have a DS-2CD2563G0-IS near to our door, and I'm wondering if it's possible to take a permanent video feed off of it to a small screen on the inside of the door?
The reason for my question is that we're looking at a new door and have been thinking about things like spy holes. As spy holes...
UPDATE: Since disabling my Intrusion Events it's been up for 3 days, which is a day longer than it managed previously. Looks like the events might have an effect on it.
I raised the issue with Hikvision Support and they came back with:
If I find that it crashes again after enabling the...
It's possible that it's related to the smart events, I had intrusion events enables on my two cams. I disabled the events on Saturday to see if that's the reason, and no crashes have happened since then - too early to see if it made a difference though.
It could also be that people without...
Is this the one you're referring to? I didn't realise they had any two-way audio cams!:

Re-posting what I posted here, didn't spot this thread.
Since upgrading to 4.30 last week I've had my DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P(B) NVR crash 3 times now. I first become aware of it when the Hik-Connect app doesn't show an image properly for the intrusion notifications, just shows a bell instead. Then...

Thanks Phil. I've tried the new app version on a different tablet that I have and the same issue occurs, so not directly related to my phone. If I re-create the issue while I'm stood by the NVR, I can here it rebooting and the HDD stopping/starting, so it does appear to be something in the new...
I'd like to know if anyone is experiencing any issues with the new version of Hik-Connect (3.7.6.0417).......... I updated my Android Hik-Connect app to the new version and I've been experiencing issues with changing Alarm Notifications ever since.
If I go into the settings for my NVR (within...
I can see from the UK portal that they appear to have just released V5.5.83.
I noticed from the release notes that the DS7604NI-K1 / 4P(B) isn't listed in the Tested NVRs - does that mean it could be a little risky?
Thanks for your reply Dave, yes the issue is with viewing via the web interface for the NVR using IE11.
Following your comments, I tried allsorts of things with IE - zoom, compatibility mode, deleting cookies and temp files etc... still no joy.
I re-enabled motion detection to make sure it...
I'm recording continuously with my DS-7604NI-K1 (2 cameras) and have intrusion detection & line crossing event notifications set up. It's all working OK apart from the event markers aren't showing during playback. When I initially tested motion detection, the markers showed under the blue line...
Hi All, I created a support case with Hikvision last week in regards to the annoying lack of support for most browsers other than IE11 and I thought I'd share their response. I asked if they're planning on updating the K(B) to support more browsers, and their response was...
I then asked if...
