I cannot add a device to hikconnect CAMs list. My CAM is
serial number are the last nine characters in Serial No. text box
Please help: what am I missing?
In the hik connect app I am asked also for a user code: in the web I can login with a user name. What is pyronixcloud??
I have two DS-2CD2555FWD-I IP CAMs. I can connect to them and login and playing live (network connection does no seems to be a problem with IE)

I connect to the WAN using ddns (with no-ip): I register to it in my router/modem so I do not get the point of the reason why I should enable ddns individually fr each IP CAM.

I have installed two DS-2CD2555FWD-I IP CAMs
I can see the the vista live image from just one of them in the web interface. I am getting crazy why.
In the top right corner I can see PTX with a red circle and a globe, in the off CAM I cannot see it
On the HIK client I see The 'Hik-connect...
I see 'camera 01' in the back right corner of the image, but I'd like to see a more personal name (the CAN NAME is infact LIVING, which I supped to view in the image)

as per subject, I am trying to register two DS-2CD25555 FWD IP CAMs by entering the S/N (e.g. C123456789) but says 'cannot register this device'
I did not try the QR code (is it on the CAM?) but supposedly I can register by S/N

The IP is 192.168.1.xx HTTP port is 812 so supposedly if I type http://<aaaa>.dynamic-dns.net:801/ I was expecting to see my IP PAGE...

I tried to contact hikvision from the support page but it seems impossible to communicate with a human...
