I seem to have the same issue with my Oneplus 6T and my girlfriends Huawei P30, the Hikconnect app works, but iVMS 4500 just gives me network exception.
I've been using iVMS 4500 for Android to monitor my NVR by logging into Hikconnect, but randomly today it stopped connecting.
I reinstalled the app but when trying to log into my Hikconnect account I get a "Network Exception" error.
However I can log in via the Hikconnect website and...

Hmm I may use ivms lite on the laptop for monitoring and do all my config via browser, the full fat ivms seems a bit heavy for my needs anyway.

I've got a DS-7608NI-K2/8P NVR running the latest firmware, and i'm using iVMS-4200 3.1 to configure/monitor it on my laptop over the network.
