yes I am running the latest software. I made upgrade and downgrade from the original that the cam had. No change.

I have this camera hikvision ds-2df7286-a and a problem: when the cam will reboot it will revert to factory settings. I have checked the voltage and is good, I also replaced the cell battery on the electronic board that keeps the settings but with no change. Any fix for this issue?
