is there an official way to power down a camera safely that is hooked up to an nvr and 12v cable, without powering down the nvr itself and the rest of the cameras
I need to find an extension cable for my 12dc power lead which is powering my ptz as i wish to move it but it would be too far away from its current plug, any ideas what mm they are as i seem to find all different sizes and would like to purchase the correct female to male one.
I noticed this camera had lost its feed. I went into my nvr to see what was going on and it stated "Network Unreachable" there wasnt anything i had done to it as im aware of anyway.
I got up the ladders to check the cameras connections and all that stuff. 3 IR lights seem to be constantly lit...
I came on to check out my cameras and have noticed one of them is not online. It and 2 others are directly connected to my nvr.

It is not showing up in sadp when i plug my pc into another port on the nvr, nor are the network lights flashing...
Anyone know in the UK places I can get external ethernet cables from, looked on the usual ebay, Amazon but where do you peeps get yours?
