@David Unfortunately i cant hardwire into a wifi router. Is this something i can do just once to assign everything or does it have to be connected to the internet

@JB1970 ok bare with me mate, Im new at this. I have a TP LINK 300mb USB Wifi stick, a TP LINK TU9H USB wifi, and a white extender I think it is. I'll attach pics of what i have pal. What my plan is is to use my phone as the router as thats how i connect my laptop to the net
