Dan, thanks so much. I know I'm not the only one who finds the Hikvision site a little opaque but all done now, thanks to your help.

The link Dan gave in January to the latest firmware for DS-2CD2385FWD-I no longer works. I've searched through the directories on the Hikvision site but can't find a firmware folder for this camera. Can anyone tell me where it is now located? Thanks in advance? (I'm running 5.6.3)
