Not sure.... but on YouTube search DVS cctv and they have a video showing it in action in the uk.... might be worth messaging them . They could probably answer it for you

I don't think hikvision incorporated that in the UK/Europe firmware ....seems to avaliable in Australia...... very annoying as that feature would be a great deterant during activity and not annoy neighbours

Using litedev.eu.hik-connect.com and have tried dev.hik-connect.com ..no difference....

I recently purchased a 2087g2 colourvu. Legitimate UK...running 5.5.154 firmware on virgin 100mb and camera using micro Sd with no nvr installed.... I have the same issue and with hik connect playback.... on home WiFi and camera added via ip/domain playback works with the hik connect app...

I would like colourvu cameras but this LED issue is putting me off as well. If as mentioned the led coming on during motion or line detect could cause over exposure , this may or may not be the case but the option to use it that was would be great , also if the LED illuminated at different...
