Hi Phil, thanks for the response, its seems that its port 4 on the nvr, which ever camera is plugged into that knocks it off. Hope this helps? Alex

HI! Im having issues with my hik connect all my cameras work fine and are detected by my nvr. 3 out of 4 cameras work on the hik connect app. I have tried what most forum posts have suggested ie nvr restart and updated to the newest version. this is what my app shows. any advice would be...
