Does anyone know if the latest firmware still supports standalone operation of DS-KV8413-WME1(B). Have seen details that say it no longer does, but then seen others which say it can still do standalone. I want to connect each of the 4 call buttons to 4 different mobiles running hik-connect...

Looking at DS-KV8413-WME1, however have seen that the newer version needs an internal monitor (which I do not want to use, I only want to send direct to individual mobiles). Anyone know if downgrading firmware will enable this function or is it a hardware change that now prevents this?

I did suspect this, although having read through (prior to purchase) all if the specs and user manual, there is no mention of this limitation!
