OK..so do l need more bandwidth upload speeds?

I am using an Android phone and the Nvr is connected directly to the modem (not using a router) And l am outside my network..(.different country )

I have just recently installed 3 cameras and my recorder can use a max of 4 . Using Guarding Vision software and images are all excellent when viewing live however the problem starts when l try to view playback video...l am receiving no notifications...is this a bandwidth issue? I currently have...
