I had the same issue and green screen on the Hik-Connect and iVMS apps on HD video. Rolled back firmware and all resolved but Hik-Connect wouldn’t work. Hikvision had to remove my serial number as blacklisted if you roll back firmware. Unblocked and all working on the previous firmware.
I had the same issue with cam vid on Hik-Connect and iVMS not working on H265+. Was just a large green block. Reported the issue to Hikvision and they advised to not use H265+! Rolled back to 4.5.1.025 and all working again
