Those are just the hyperlinks from HikVision, apple app store obviously has the 4.27 version, it was released there on the 18th. (perhaps some regional differences are there in the app store, over here in NL it at least updated to 4.27)

[Resolved] Hikvision released an update of the app (IOS v4.27.0.20221017). In addition to some new features it has fixed the bug where event playback did not go to landscape upon turning the phone (which seemed to affect IOS16 users)
