    So...SADP picks up any other camera connected to that cable just not that Camera, have tried everything can think of now getting it RMA'ed :(

    Brand new out the box ANPR camera, can't see it via IVMS or SADP , layer 3 switch can see MAC but no IP at all. Have tried reset button 10/20/30 sec no change. Tried 2 switches and 2 PoE injectors. IR lights come on for a bit and then nothing. Any help please?
