    Hik-Connect Playback Issues - ‘Failed to Play videos’ Error?

    I’m be been using this for over a year.. suddenly a couple of days ago I have not been able to use Playback.. it runs but the gives the message ‘Failed to Play videos’.. my equipment is in Spain and I’m accessing from uk on my iPhone.. any help would be most appreciated .
