Ah, I see! I was asked to set it to monitoring here when I was setting up rotate mode. It seems that if I change from monitoring to Smart Event, rotate mode is reset to 0. So I'm not sure how to proceed.

Yes, but the dropdown is greyed out, and it's impossible to toggle the "Enable" button. Normal events and Face Recognition can be enabled, and the camera dropdown is active. Perimeter Protection and Other Events both don't have the option to choose a camera, and the Enable button can't be toggled.
