This is no good, not being able to do this. It seems a basic feature that most other budget vendors can do. A business would have to share the same account credentials and cannot view cameras at the same time, surely it can be patched and fixed? I am surprised not many more people are not on...

I dont see why not, I use steps downs alot Litebeam AC Power supply 24V, 0.3A Gigabit PoE adapter (Included) Max. power consumption 7W

What you could also use is a step down which will reduce the 48v to 24v 0.5A and the device for indoor use is INS-3AF-I-G and INS‑3AF‑O‑G outdoor use

Please dont make the mistake of use stranded cable for anything other than patch cables.
