I reset the NVR to default and all the cameras are connected and properly identified. But when I was connecting them the NVR assumed that cameras 3-4 had the same password as camera 1. So I accessed cameras 3-4 via their IP addresses and changed their passwords to match and everything was OK...

I've taken the plunge and installed it. The NVR came back up without any issues and my HDMI display worked as expected, and so did Hik Connect. There's a new version of the LocalServicesComponents as well.
