Hi all Recently I bought DS-KV6113-WPE1(C) doorstation as a replacement for DS-KV6113-WPE1(B) that stopped working and from day one I'm constantly having an issue with disconnecting from WiFi. Hik-Connect DS-KV6113-WPE1 - how to avoid unintentionally opening the door from the App?
Hi everyone, can someone who has the device tell me if there is a setting in the hikconnect app to disable or long press the button to open the door? I just want to make sure I don't unintentionally open it. -

Door Entry Intercom blacklisted - hikvision say either hardware or internet?
Hello - hope to find some help. Both my installer & hikvision tele support at a loss here… Indoor station KH8520 successfully activated on Hik-Connect...then became offline. Hikvision support explained unit blacklisted as switching on & off - said this was either the unit or the internet...
