    EZVIZ H8C Crashes Network When Active Defence (Siren & Light) is Triggered?

    Hi all, Hope you are very well. I am looking for some advice in troubleshooting an issue that I am having which is rendering my IP cameras somewhat useless. I have reached out to EZVIZ but they don't have any guidance on the issue and are sending me down long "check this, check that" checklist...

    EZVIZ H8C not working with HIKVISION DS-7108HGHI-K1?

    hi We can't get EZVIZ H8C working on our existing HIKVISION DS-7108HGHI-K1. We can add H8C cams. But not no video . Is this normal ? Any compatiblitly issues Thanks
