Hello,
This is a review of an Acusense NVR vs Acusense IP cameras.
I have been running an Acusense NVR (DS-7616NXI-K2) with non-Acusense Hikvision cameras with Motion set at 20% on human detection. The NVR is doing the work on the motion detection.
From running this for some days now I noticed the NVR has been false alarming way too often.
However, on the contrary I have many Hikvision Acusense IP cameras installed (different kinds) on non-Acusense NVR's and while do they do false alarm here and there, the comparison is very obvious however.
The cameras almost never false, compared to the NVR alarming way too often, in a single day we are talking about 50 odd false alarms from the Acusense NVR. I am going to switch over to Smart Events on the NVR which I hope to bring down the false alarms.
