Adding outdoor station camera to NVR

Hi!

The patient:
Hikvision outdoor station DS-KV6113-WPE1(C), firmware: V3.7.0 build 250709 + NVR DS-7608NXI-K1 / 8P, firmware: V4.82.008 build 240520, Indoor Station: DS-KH6320-WTE1, firmware: 2.2.8

After updating outdoor station to the latest firmware I noticed I lost video from it in my NVR. I tried to add it again (in Camera Management on my NVR) but getting 2 errors:
1. "failed to get channel parameters 0x1a01009" - this I was getting at the beginning but after restarting it's no more
2. "failed. User is locked"

Then I restarted all devices and noticed I also lost video of Outdoor Station in Hik-Connect on mobile and getting no video on Indoor Station. When I press button on outdoor station it's ringing, also on my mobile and indoor station but there is no video.
When I connect directly to the outdoor station the video works.

What the heck! Any ideas what just hapenned?

Edit: Upgrading indoor station firmware to latest, let's see how it works.

Ok, after another few restarts and changes to the video stream the NVR got the outdoor panel camera again, no idea why.

The indoor unit issue was related to the firmware - after upgrading the outdoor to the latest it has changed the video stream to H.265 which is not supported by my indoor unit. So, there was mismatch between firmwares and the video codecs. This is mentioned in release notes:

Support H.265 video decoding for door station and IP camera.
Note: Limited by hardware, only B1Pro indoor station support and R0 indoor station still support
H.264 only.

I had the same issue. Updated the outdoor DS-KV6113-WPE1(C) and the indoor KH6320-WTE1 units and NVR (DS-7108NI-Q1 / M) cannot connect to the outdoor unit.
The solution in my case: I changed the outdoor unit resolution to 720p (save it), and back to 1080p. After that, NVR can connect and record.. :)

I noticed, that even I set it to 1080p, after re-login it's back to 720p. So, wondering if it's 720p or 1080p
