All cameras offline

Using DS-7716NXI-16 NVR. All cams are off line in iVMS4200. Registration status is online most of the time. All cams are working. Hik Connect app is working. In iVMS 4200, NVR is online. AjDevtools shows "network connection failed" for all cams.
