Hik-Connect Allow other users access to my NVR?

I have set up new NVR and am setting up the hik connect app.

I need to be able to allow other users to view the cameras etc via the Hik Connect app but I don't want them being able to change any of the network settings in the NVR. So, if I give them the user name and password I have set on my app, do they have the ability to change any network settings?
I don't think so just need to be sure.

Also, I assume you cannot change user name or password of the NVR via the app?

No need to give them your username and password. They should create their own accounts. Once done you can share access to them selecting which cameras they can access, whether they can just view live or playback each camera and whether they will receive notifications. All instructions can be found in the app by clicking’Me’ then ‘User Manual’
