Arm/disarm line crossing through hik connect app to alert cctv monitoring company

I have a customer who's wishing to arm and disarm the line crossing feature through the app to notify the cctv monitoring company instead of using one key disarm manual key

Can anyone please help with this please

That sounds like NVR should be upgraded to Customized LiveGuard firmware
