Sorry I just bought the camera but in PTZ it tells me THE CAMERA DOES NOT SUPPORT THE FUNCTION, WHAT CAN I DO TO MOVE IT MANUAL OR WHAT IS THE CORRECT THING THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

The camera you have is not a PTZ, it is a fixed turret model and can only be adjusted manually (by hand) at the point of installing the camera.

Sorry, I don't understand what the problem is, is your NVR only recording at night or is your NVR recording through the night and then stops recording?
