I've seen some highly critical comments on CCTV Forums regarding poor customer service and a failure in paying for items that have failed.

I reckon that you'll probably be alright if you purchase from a good UK partner of a Chinese manufacturer.

I would not dare to name them in case of retribution. Surfice to say I was building a critical path analysis regarding CCTV sets and loked at one which heavily cricised Chinese suplyers and the very next kit I looked at stated they were based in China.

I keyed, "Hikvision reviews" into the Internet and the review shoed 82% bade reviews so where does one go to find a well recomended system?
