Camera background misty

Hi I'm new in forum and with all cctv after night camera has like mirror background

It's a photo of a monitor screen, so never ideal.
Top right looks like excessive gain - probably due to there being not enough light in the scene for the camera to do a good job.
Bottom right looks like internally reflected light within a dome camera. It looks as if it may be caused by a bright light source e.g. viewing towards a sunrise. Cleaning the dome cover thoroughly may help, but anything looking at a bright light struggles ...
