Hi @obaidi

What camera models are the 5 cameras that are having the timing issue?

Thanks @obaidi

What firmware versions are these 5 x DS-2CD1043G0-I cameras currently running?

What NVR model are the cameras connected to and what firmware version is the NVR running?

V5.5.89 build 210429
and the NVR
DS-7616NI-I2
I think the camera have a wrong firmware according to Hikvision support team because he tall me the correct firmware is v5.5.88 build 200610
but when i try to update the camera it say mismatch
is there any solution
and sorry for late answer i was in my holiday....thank you

Thanks @obaidi

Can you log into one of the 5 problem cameras, go to Configuration > System > System Settings > Basic Information, and confirm what the 'Firmware Version Property' is for your cameras?

Can you please also confirm the firmware version that your NVR is currently using?

the camera :V5.5.89 build 210429

the nvr :
V4.61.030 build 240123

Thanks @obaidi

Your NVR and cameras are running the latest firmware versions.

Have you tried going into the 'Time Settings' menu for each problem camera and correcting the time? Does the time stay correct or do the cameras default back to the incorrect time?

i have all my camera work with poe switches and connected each to other with fiber optics
then end to my room to main switch then from the switch to nvr devices with range of ip stetted
how can i use ntp time and connect nvr to the internet and i use range of ip and don't use dynamic ip
is there any way to solve this
