Camera To RCA Port on TV.

I need a replacement camera for an office reception counter.

The existing camera has only a power plug and an RCA video plug that goes directly to the back of a TV that's used as the monitor.

This camera attached has 4 modes to choose from?
Would this work the same with the right adapter? BNC to RCA adapter?
