Can't search for events from a specific camera in iVMS-4200?

Hi,
My DVR has 3 cams connected to it.
When I want to do an "Event Playback" in iVMS, I select the date, click on a specific camera, select Event Type, then click search. After that, events just show up on the right panel.
I click and search for events for camera 1 and 3, their corresponding list of event show up.
For some reason, it doesn't work for camera 2. Whenever I search camera 2, the only thing show up on the right panel are events for camera 1. No matter what I do, it only returns event for camera 1
What should I do?

I just want to add that, when testing by deleting the 1st and 3rd cameras (leave only camera 2) then do an Event Playback search, I got the error No Linked Camera when clicking on any of the resulting events of the search. It seems like those events belong to camera 1 (although we have only camera 2 in the list of devices)

Hi @tekken007

First thing to confirm, what events do you have configured on the DVR?
Have you looked at the DVR with a direct HDMI/VGA monitor and confirmed that there are event triggers for the 2nd camera that is giving that "no camera" error message?
Also, can you please confirm the model numbers of the DVR and Cameras you have?
