Hello! I was wondering if someone can help me. I have a Hikvision CCTV camera system. We upgraded our internet plan and the router has been changed. The cameras are able to be seen via the NVR screen but we can not view them on our apps anymore virtually. Apps that were being used were IVMS 4500 App and Hikconnect as well. We used to manually add the camera device to the apps. We want to keep it accessible that way too. I have attached some pictures of the NVR settings. As well as the PC network settings if that helps at all.

Just to add as well, we also have a duckdns login via my gmail account if that means anything.

Hi @shreenap

Are your cameras directly connected to the PoE ports on the NVR or connected to separate PoE Injectors/Switches on the local network?
Do you have a PC connected to the same router/local network as the NVR and cameras?
